I help women find their way back to center when they feel lost, uncertain, or adrift in the tides of life. By creating space and weaving together coaching, yoga, nature, reflection and mindful connection, women rediscover who they are now, beneath the roles, responsibilities and expectations they have been carrying—so they can move forward with clarity, purpose, and peace.

My Journey

A Life Built on Doing

If you had told me five years ago that this would become my life’s work, I would have laughed. I was busy, productive, and “fulfilled” by all the checkboxes of modern life—raising three kids as a single mom, succeeding in a demanding tech career, managing every detail, solving every problem. I thought being busy meant being full. But my life was overflowing with doing—and running on empty in being.

Like many mothers, I had built my world around others. My own needs came last, buried under responsibilities. I was strong, capable, and... exhausted. Unaware that I had forgotten how to listen to myself—how to even hear my own inner voice.

The Wake Up Call

Then, in November 2023, everything changed. Without warning, I collapsed while at home, due to cardiac arrest. My children— my miracles— saved my life. My oldest spoke with the 911 dispatcher, passing along instructions to my 16-year-old son, who performed chest compressions to keep my heart beating. Paramedics arrived within minutes to help restart my heart.

I woke up days later in a hospital bed, surrounded by love, realizing that in that moment of crisis, everything had turned out fine without me needing to do anything. It was a miracle that I had survived such an event, that I still had full brain function, and yet all I could think about was “how am I still here when I did nothing to make it happen?” I had been gifted with a second chance - one I never expected and certainly hadn’t earned through control or effort.

Rediscovering Me

In the quiet months that followed, as my body healed, I began to sit back and listen for the first time rather than just pushing forward. Looking for guidance, each morning I’d pull a single oracle card—Joy, Love, Acceptance, Family—and make it the focus of my day. These simple moments became my lifeline in helping me return to a place of groundedness. They also reminded me that I didn’t need to do anything to be worthy of happiness. I just needed to be.

Discovery

Synchronicities began appearing everywhere: small, luminous breadcrumbs guiding me toward what was next.

A comment from my sister: You should be a life coach.”

A chance meeting with an actual coach.

A book by Martha Beck that cracked my heart open, Finding Your Own North Star.

And then, on the anniversary of my cardiac event, I found myself in Sedona, sitting among strangers who each reflected back a part of my journey—healing, purpose, and what happens when we ignore the call of our souls for too long.

Purpose Was Born

Over time, I realized that what I loved most about my career had changed. It was no longer the work itself - it was my connections with people. The moments when I could help someone see something differently, move through uncertainty, or recognize a possibility they couldn’t quite see for themselves. Coaching changed the energy exchange. I wasn’t simply giving; I was receiving something, too. I felt lighter, more connected, more alive.

I began to recognize the same feeling in another longtime love of mine: travel. Stepping away from the routines and expectations of everyday life has always helped me hear myself more clearly. New places invite us to notice. To be present. To see our lives—and ourselves—from a different perspective.

And suddenly, the threads began to connect.

What had helped me find my own way back wasn’t one dramatic answer. It was creating space. Listening to my body. Spending time in nature. Traveling. Yoga. Reflection. Meaningful conversations. Learning to trust what I heard when the noise quieted down.

I wanted to create that kind of space for other women—not to tell them who to become or what their lives should look like, but to help them step away from the noise long enough to hear themselves again.

That feeling - of mindfully moving within life’s currents instead of constantly swimming against or being swept away by them - is what Elemental You Living grew from.

Satya Yoga

The Elemental Path: From Doing to Being

My retreats and coaching intensives are designed to pull you out of the endless “doing” and bring you back into a state of pure being..

To help you pause long enough to hear your own truth.
To feel your body, your breath, and your heart again.
And from that stillness—to selectively, intentionally, curate what you want to add back into your life.

Transformation isn’t always easy—but when it’s right, it comes with ease.

Think about those moments when life flowed effortlessly: the job that found you, the person who crossed your path at exactly the right time. That’s the current of life carrying you forward. All you have to do is stop resisting, and allow yourself to be carried home to yourself.

A Life Aligned

Today, I live in deep gratitude—for my children, for the gift of another sunrise, and for the calling that came through the crisis.

My work is about helping others awaken without having to break.

To remember that each of us are meant to live in harmony.

When you come into balance, you don’t have to chase your purpose—you become it.

Welcome home to yourself.

Welcome to Elemental You Living.
